For the reservation completion, the customer is required to pay in advance 30% of the total accommodation cost. Money can be deposited in the bank account and then inform us of your deposit.

The pre-payed amount is refundable only in case of cancellation 22 days or more before the date of check-in. Additional costs are paid by the customer.

Rest of the payment upon arrival at the hotel. In case of departure before the requested check-out date, the customer must paid 50% of the rest arranged days in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 N1652 / 86. GG 167 A.

No pets allowed.
